Direct Box Supply LLC
These policies apply to website requests, quotations, invoices, proofs, production, shipping, and delivery.
Customer Approval
The customer is responsible for determining all laws, labeling rules, warnings, certifications, testing, and jurisdiction-specific requirements applicable to the product and packaging.
Ordinary Secondary Packaging
Direct Box Supply may quote ordinary outer cartons, sleeves, labels, presentation boxes, and partner-sourced corrugated formats for products sold in regulated industries. Supplying an outer package does not by itself establish product or packaging compliance.
Evidence-Gated Claims
Direct food-contact suitability, child resistance, tamper evidence, sterile or pharmaceutical validation, cannabis/CBD compliance, certification, and audit status are not promised or implied. Any such claim must be supported by current documentation that applies to the exact material, structure, product use, and production route and must be stated in the written quote or project record.
Corrugated Production Route
Corrugated packaging is coordinated through a partner-sourced manufacturing route. Direct Box Supply manages the customer specification and approvals but does not represent corrugated production as an in-house factory capability.
Final Verification
Production approval confirms the customer has reviewed all copy, artwork, barcodes, symbols, claims, dimensions, and regulatory content shown on the proof.
