These policies apply to website requests, quotations, invoices, proofs, production, shipping, and delivery.
Offer
An eligible new customer may receive 10% off the manufacturing and printing portion of its first approved custom packaging production order, up to a maximum discount of $500.
Eligible Order
The offer applies to one first production order confirmed through a written Direct Box Supply quote. A website inquiry, estimate, sample request, prototype, design request, quote revision, or abandoned project is not a production order.
Exclusions
The discount does not apply to freight, final-mile delivery, customs, duties, tariffs, brokerage, taxes, insurance, tooling, dies, plates, setup, prepress, design work outside the complimentary scope, samples, prototypes, inspection, rush charges, storage, or other pass-through and third-party costs.
Redemption
The customer should request WELCOME10 before accepting the written quote. Eligibility and the exact discount will be shown on the applicable quote. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, transferred, combined with another introductory discount, or divided across multiple orders.
Eligibility Controls
The offer is limited to one eligible order per customer, business, related organization, shipping household, or common ownership group. Direct Box Supply may require reasonable information to confirm eligibility and may reject duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible requests.
Changes and Availability
The offer is subject to material and production availability and the specifications, quantity, delivery scope, and validity period shown in the written quote. Direct Box Supply may modify or end the offer for future inquiries, but a discount already shown in an accepted written quote remains governed by that quote.
