Yes. A dieline is helpful but not required to begin. Product dimensions, photos, a physical sample, or a reference package can help the team recommend a structure.

Yes. Dieline guidance, artwork review, and production proofing are available. Final artwork approval remains the customer’s responsibility.

A 2D mockup or proof shows the flat dieline, panels, folds, bleed, safe areas, and artwork placement. A 3D concept wraps the design around a rotatable digital structure to help visualize the assembled package. Neither replaces an approved engineering drawing, physical sample, or final production proof.

Complimentary initial design assistance is available for qualifying projects and may include structure guidance, dieline coordination, basic artwork placement guidance, file review, and a digital concept or proof path. Extensive brand creation, illustration, engineering, physical prototypes, or repeated redesign rounds may require a separate written scope.

Yes. Available options may include existing samples, blank structural samples, digital mockups, prototypes, or production samples. Cost and timing depend on the project.

Timing depends on structure, quantity, sampling, print method, finishing, production location, and shipping. Your quote will provide the project-specific schedule.

Potential options may include kraft, recycled-content paperboard, molded pulp, and reduced-material structures. Any environmental attribute must be supported by current project-specific documentation before it is represented as fact.

Pantone matching is available for qualifying print methods and materials. Physical color can vary by substrate, coating, ink system, and finish, so proofs and samples may be recommended.

Paperboard, molded-pulp, and foam insert options may be evaluated around the product and desired unboxing experience, subject to project-specific production review.

Yes. Corrugated boxes and mailers are available through a partner-sourced production route. Direct Box Supply coordinates the specification, quote, proof, production milestones, and delivery plan without representing corrugated production as an in-house factory capability.

Direct Box Supply can quote ordinary secondary or outer cartons, sleeves, presentation boxes, and partner-sourced mailers for these industries. That does not automatically make the packaging direct-contact, sterile, validated, child-resistant, tamper-evident, cannabis/CBD-compliant, certified, or audited.

Direct Box Supply does not represent a package as child-resistant without current product-specific testing and documentation that applies to the exact structure and production route. A request may be reviewed separately, but child-resistant performance is not included in a standard carton quote.

Certification and audit claims are never assumed from a general supplier statement or marketing page. When a project requires FSC, ISO, food-contact, pharmaceutical, social-audit, or other documentation, the applicable evidence must be reviewed and stated in the written project record before Direct Box Supply makes that claim.

Yes. Domestic shipping is available, with international options considered based on production route and destination.
