Timing
Lead times begin after final proof approval, required payment, and receipt of all production-ready materials. Complex finishing, sampling, freight, customs, or remote destinations may add time.
Delivery
Risk of delay may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, port conditions, force majeure, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Inspection
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and preserve cartons, labels, photos, and affected goods if damage, shortage, or a production issue is suspected.
