These policies apply to website requests, quotations, invoices, proofs, production, shipping, and delivery.
Report Promptly
Notify Direct Box Supply promptly after delivery and provide the order details, affected quantities, photographs, videos, packaging labels, and representative samples requested for evaluation.
Evaluation
Normal manufacturing variation, customer-approved artwork, incorrect customer specifications, transit damage, storage conditions, or misuse may not qualify as a production defect.
Remedy
When a qualifying defect is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include rework, replacement, reprint, credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.
