Plan candle packaging for weight, movement and presentation
Measure the finished vessel
Provide the filled weight, widest dimensions, lid and accessories. State whether the vessel is glass, ceramic or another material and identify fragile features. Keep decorative shelf presentation separate from the shipping protection the packed product requires.
Review the full pack-out
A carton, insert and outer shipper must work together. Ask how the product is restrained and how the closure behaves during handling. Send representative dimensions and discuss an appropriate sample or transport test with the supplier; no generic construction guarantees that a vessel arrives intact.
Keep product claims with their evidence
Packaging artwork review is not candle safety testing or approval of warnings and product claims. Supply reviewed copy and preserve the exact version. If heat, fragrance transfer or surface scuffing matters to the product, state it as a requirement to evaluate rather than assuming a finish resolves it.
