For qualifying products and production partners, Direct Box Supply can evaluate blanket-order, supplier-storage and scheduled-release options that may reduce production frequency while limiting the amount of packaging occupying your facility.
This is an evaluation service. Availability, capacity, storage terms and release economics must be verified for the selected partner and packaging. DBS does not claim to own or operate a packaging warehouse.

DBS coordinates an agreed arrangement with identified operators. Coordination is not ownership or operation of a DBS warehouse.
What DBS compares
Separate production runs versus a documented production commitment with smaller releases. We compare production, setup/tooling, storage, pick/release charges, all freight legs, financing/payment timing and carrying implications on the same quantity and time basis. Unknown costs stay unknown. Estimates are labeled; savings are never invented.
What must be resolved first
Ownership, loss/damage, insurance, artwork revisions, redesign, regulatory changes, cancellation, excess or slow-moving inventory, storage duration, supplier insolvency and release lead time. A lower unit price alone is not a reason to overproduce.
- Share your demand, buying pattern and constraints. Estimates and unknowns are acceptable.
- DBS reviews the controlled specification and verifies actual supplier/storage terms and their practical feasibility.
- Review a documented comparison, risk allocations and proposed schedule if a viable route is identified.
- Any commitment still requires the normal quote, customer acceptance and production-approval process.

Use your account email. After submission you can attach invoices, specifications or quotes through the existing private upload system. If this is an existing DBS packaging item, request its evaluation from your Control Center to keep the same record.
