These policies apply to website requests, quotations, invoices, proofs, production, shipping, and delivery.
Review Carefully
The customer must verify spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, panel orientation, barcodes, QR codes, warnings, claims, and all other visible content before approval.
Color Expectations
Screen proofs are not exact color standards. Physical output varies by material, ink, coating, lighting, and manufacturing conditions. Printed samples or contract proofs may be recommended when color is critical.
Approval Effect
Approval authorizes production based on the proof. Changes requested after approval may require new costs, tooling, schedules, or a complete restart.
