Direct Box Supply LLC
These policies apply to website requests, quotations, invoices, proofs, production, shipping, and delivery.
Before Production
A cancellation request should be submitted immediately. Design, sampling, tooling, prepress, material, payment-processing, and administrative costs already incurred may be nonrefundable.
After Approval or Production
Once materials are ordered, tooling begins, or production is approved or underway, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless Direct Box Supply LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
After Delivery
All custom-product sales are final after delivery. Receiving the product ends ordinary refund eligibility. A reported production issue will instead be evaluated under the Defect & Reprint Policy against the approved proof, confirmed specifications, documented shipment condition, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Authorized Remedies
If Direct Box Supply LLC confirms a qualifying defect, it may authorize rework, replacement, reprint, credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution. No cash refund is promised after delivery.
