Quality and service evidence

A low price is not a quality assessment. The complete observed market stays visible before any optional qualified-provider comparison.

DBS-defined qualification requires approved criteria and route-specific evidence: accountable business identity; capability for the structure and material; reviewed proof and representative sample; documented acceptance tolerances; inspection and traceability; remedy process; and service commitments. Required certificates must cover the actual facility, product and period.

Until reviewed, a provider is “Not assessed” or “Evidence pending.” Qualification is not accreditation. DBS production routes must satisfy the same claimed requirements. Criteria and thresholds remain subject to owner approval before public qualification claims.
